Applying for access
Apply at organizers.blendn.app/apply with your display name, contact name and work email. A personal address such as Gmail can apply too, but needs a GSTIN or a website alongside it. You verify your email, then a person reviews the application. There is nothing to pay.
What the form asks for
| Field | Notes |
|---|---|
| Display name | How your organization appears to attendees. Required. |
| Contact name | A person we can reply to. Required. |
| Work email | Required, and it determines whether the next rule applies to you. |
| Registered legal name | Required for venue owners only. |
| GSTIN or website | Required only if you applied with a personal email address. |
The email rule, in one line
A personal address (Gmail, Outlook and similar) can submit only with a GSTIN or a website. A company address needs neither.
It exists because a work email at a domain you control is already evidence that the business exists, and a personal address is not. The hint appears live as you type the address, so you find out which case you are in before filling out the rest of the form — not at the end.
Either piece of evidence is enough on its own. You do not need both, and a GSTIN is not required if you have a website.
What happens after you submit
- Verify your email. Immediate, automatic, and the link goes to the address you entered.
- A person reads the application. Every one of them. This is why there is no published turnaround time.
- Venue owners verify a domain. Proof that the building is yours. See Adding your team for how domain verification works and what it unlocks.
- You get access to the dashboard, where you create your organization and your first event.
There is nothing to pay
No plans, no tiers, no seats, no per-event fee, no card. Nothing on the platform is metered and there is no pricing page to read. Blend'n is free while it is in development; if that changes, it will be announced before it takes effect.
If you see a field asking you to pick a plan, it is not ours.
Common questions
- Can I apply with a Gmail address?
- Yes, but a personal address needs one extra piece of evidence — either a GSTIN or a website for the business. A company address at your own domain needs neither. The form tells you which applies as you type the address, rather than refusing the submission afterwards.
- How long does approval take?
- Every application is read by a person, so there is no fixed turnaround. You will verify your email address immediately after submitting; approval is a separate step that follows the human review.
- What is the difference between applying as an organizer and as a venue owner?
- An organizer runs events. A venue owner owns the building and sees utilization per room, re-booking history and ratings attached to the venue itself. Venue owners must give a registered legal name and verify the domain that shows the building is theirs.
- Do I need to enter payment details to apply?
- No. There is no card field, no plan to choose and no trial to start. Blend'n is free while in development, with no seats, quotas or tiers of any kind.
